I have tried to withdrawn 4000Rs in Indian overseas bank Atm with my indian bank debit card. Amount debited from my account but cash not received from the Atm. Kindly help to credit back my money soon possible.

I Sayed zea ut tawheed ex serviceman pensioner, pan card no Afopt5762 k, account no 20956. I have used my Indian bank ATM on 6th Aug 2021 and tried to withdraw Rs 6000. ATM machine shown time out and the amount didn’t deliver but it was debited in my account.

I have purchased weight scale machine and shoe rack from amazon on26 and 27th july 2021 by making payment of 490 and 501 respectively through indian bank debit card. Sir, I returned 2 products to flipkart on 26th of July 21. I haven't received they refund yet. Flipkart provided me with reference numbers. With those numbers I filed a CGRS with Indian bank and got the report the amount is remitted back to the merchant. I mailed flipkart with my bank statement and the CGRS report.
