I have done two imps transaction from Indian bank on 25th September, 2021. For both, amount got debited but not credited to beneficiary account. Kindly look into this and refund the amount

        Amazon has initiated a refund of rs 799/- on 20th of september but it has been a week still refund is not reflecting in my account. When I contacted amazon, they have given me a Transaction ID : 1bjn4xWlaVomOrCHikFI and Processor Trace ID: THM[protected] and asked me contact bank but there was not any respond . kindly help me .

          Hi,

          I recently I have opened savings account in Indian Bank for my grand mother and I asked them to map/link mobile number to ease of services. However, they directly denied on face stating we won't map mobile numbers for aged people. For the same I checked with Indian bank helpline and they confirmed that there are no such rules.

          Is this the service and response a bank can provide to customers ?? and why this kind of falsifying information passing to us.

          This needs to be actioned at high priority to not make other customers get worst response with Indian Bank

            I was doing an IMPS payment, the Amount of ₹2000/- got debited from my account but transation failed. Hence did not get credited to the beneficiary.

              I applied for NEET PG examination on 25/02/2021 at nbe.edu.in. Rs.5015 was debited from bank account twice( total-Rs.10, 030).But payment was not completed successfully for registration.So I filed a complaint at Indian bank on 08/03/2021.But amount was not refunded to me till now.So I kindly request you to make necessary action to refund Rs.10, 030.kindly do the needful.

My complain no is 10207870. But I have not received any letter to start net banking till now.. I've visited the branch multiple times but these people say your your userid and password have still not reached to us.. Kindly do the needful

                    I was opened saving bank account in my wife in 3 montn ago but sofar atm card nor recived ...That bank employee not give a proper response ...After account opening we recive a one atm card but that time address wii change so that atm was blocked and my wife was visit that particular bank in two times and apply for a another atm card but still we didnot recieve any atm card tht bank employee not a give a proper response ...?????so pls arrange provide atm card in my wife account????

                        Thai is with the reference to my S/B account Number[protected] name D.Peter holding account in Indian Bank Benson Town Branch, Bangalore i received message from the Bank for non maintaining the minimum balance got deducted Rs.118 dt 21st Sep 2021 at time 13:36 again i got the message syaing non maintaining of minimum account balance Rs.118 got deducted 21st Sep 2021 at time 16:08 yesterday ie 22nd Sep 2021 time 15:21 again i have deducted Rs.118 for non maintaining the Minimum balance again today Rs.118 got deducted from my accountThis month only 4 times Rupees 118 got deducted from my account please let me know why somany times this amount got deducted
                        Totally four times deducted my amount in 3days time Rs.472
                        Need to sort out this issue as earliest as possible Thanks & RegardsD Peter

                          I order a phone on amazon but due to some issue it got cancal my refund was 5100 from that i recieved 5000 but 100 rupees is still not recieved so please take action on that and refund my 100 rupee as soon as possible

                            got a call from this number around 3.45 today and he said from Airtel and my sim will be disconnected due to kyc updation is pending..
                            ..I need to pay Rs.10/- for the same and the true caller was also showing as airtel customer care.. When in finished paying 10 then after 15 seconds i got another message saying that 899 has been paid to HOTSTAR

                              I am having savings bank account at indian bank tihar jail brancj. My sb a/c.No. [protected]. During the year 2019 a sum of rs.50, 000/- (rupees fifty thousand ) lost / theft made by atm skimmer fraud.Immediately i register a complaint to hari nagar police station new delhi. No action by police, after many visit to tihar jail branch indian bank. Insurance amount 50000 credited to my account on the year 2020. But the amount is hold by the zonal bank of indian bank delhi. Request to release the amount. The amount is my personal loan amount. I still suffer due to this.
