This is the worst company to deal with . First I got an email confirmation that my payment is processed by CC Avenue (the company who process the payment) after few minutes Indiagiftportal emailed me saying that my order dint go through.

They did not delivered the product but my Credit card is charged . I have called CCAvenue and Indiagiftportal, emailed them no response. Only the live chat people asking me to email the support people for which no response is given.

    Dear Sir, I've ordered a online birthday gift to my sister in indiangiftsportal.com (Order Number: IGP428261). They delivered a different item instead of the actually ordered one. I called many times () and mailed their customer support ([protected]@indiangiftsportal.com & [protected]@indiangiftsportal.com) number of times but only false promises were given(Complaint CASE:52380). Guys sitting abroad like me are very often cheated by such online frauds. Kindly help us in this regard. Thanks, Suresh Subbiah

      I had placed an order on indiangiftsportal.com with order no. IGP414019 But unfortunately, the order has not been completely delivered. It was supposed to reach USA on 22nd August, but still has not reached. On enquiry, customer care of indiangiftsportal, does not know the status, and on tracking the shipment, on indiaontime.com, it says that the product has been delivered at Lucknow. Pathetic service by indiagiftsportal. Hugely disappointed. Request to all, do not use Indiangiftsportal to send gifts!!

        Really unhappy with the kind of service that you guys have provided with delivery happing on 3 diff days for individual itmes, because the vendor had forgotten to deliver all the items my brother had to follow up with him. Also most imp point to be raised is that the pic that was flashed on ur website when i place the order,was pretty, but when my brother received the rakhi its was so bad the sweet box was not gift wraped,sweets were of inferior quality,dryfruit bag again was not wraped and quality was so bad, and almost half bag was full of kharekh and not other expensive dryfruits,rakhi was also so cheap and completely diff to what i ordered. i would like you to look into the matter and compensate for the delays.i feel cheated,very unpleasant exp with indiangiftsportal. I want the consumercomplaints to look into the matter so that not other customer fall prey to this ecom buss which is taking advantage of the technology to make undue profits at the cost of conmsumers.

            I ordered one products from the Indian Gifts Portal site on 10 Apr, 2013 with the ID no IGP363295.
            Gift name is Artisan romantic message for your love rs Rs. 425.01.
            In order history they mention it will get deliver in 3 day till 13 Apr 2013 but till today 15th may 2013 it's not get deliver.Mail was misleading, it makes the customer assume as the both the products under IGP363295 are delivered. However that was not the case. After repeated attempts, I could connect to the Customer Care. Customer Care service is so pathetic that they could not deliver what they promise. I contacted so many time with these guys. Finally on 1st May they informed me that the product has not yet been dispatched. I asked them to Cancel my order.and send me the cancellation note. I have been mentally harassed since so many days, Please help me to come out of this situation.

              I placed an order on 3rd Feb and till now I have no clue on where the product is. All my complaints and emails to the support team are going unanswered. When I called up to enquire about the product I only got an answer that they also dont know where the product is and after that they always answer to say they'll track the order and revert back in 30 min. Til now no one called up to provide an update on the status. For info, I spoke to Nigar, Krithika and one more executive whose name I dont remember. This is not first time I ordered from this site. The delivery was always late but this time it crossed the limit.. item not being delivered only! And no one is bothered to respond.

                I ordered two products from the Indian Gifts Portal site on 6th Feb' 13 with the ID no IGP353144.
                One was Long Lasting Flower Bouquet worth Rs 597 and other was White Desire (Pearl Set) worth Rs 3322. The total order was worth Rs 3,919.20
                The Bouquet was delivered the very next day and the same was mailed to me that the product was delivered. However the mail was misleading, it makes the customer assume as the both the products under IGP353144 are delivered. However that was not the case. After repeated attempts, I could connect to the Customer Care. Customer Care service is so pathetic that they could not deliver what they promise. I called these people repeatedly for three days to know about my order status. Finally on 13th Feb they informed me that the product has not yet been dispatched. I asked them to Cancel my order.and send me the cancellation note. But till date I have not received any such cancellation note.I had been calling then since 13th Feb to get the note but all in vain. I have never encountered such pathetic services. I have been mentally harassed since so many days

                    I had ordered rakhi and sweets from this website.These people never delivered my order.Took money right away and never replied back.I mailed more then 10 times, but i did not receive any response from them.24/7 does not work 24/7.I called two three time but the customer care representative always says my senior will call you but never got a call from anyone.Looks like they want money then no reply.This website looks fake.

                      I sent gift to my sister thru Indiangiftsportal.com website around 3 weeks ago. Money was deducted from my bank account instantaly. After 2 weeks, I started enquiring about the status of the order but they don't respond to the emails and neither they pickup the phone mentioned on the website. After 3 weeks, I got the email that order has been canceled but money is still not credited back to my account. Any suggestions, what can I do in such cases of cheating by websites ?

                        Complaint: I have ordered my gift to be delivery to sister as a return rakhi gift. The money paid was Rs: 2400/- in currency dollar. They have not sent me my delivery yest although on website they are claiming goods dispatch / delivered.

                        I called them but nobody pick up the phones and even email them but no reply to my email as well.

                        I am not worried about my order but I want you investigate this company whether they are still functioning or just making money by asking people to place order and don't delivered any goods.

                        Please let me know if this company is consider as fraud company or gone under administration as nobody is replying to my any email or confirming that they will delivered my goods.

                          Order changed at last moment, after that never delivered . and waiting now if it will ever get deliver.

                          query won't replied back.They are not good and beware of them
                          It really spoil the whole birthday event . and I will say if you are looking for cake flower kind of gift please beware of them as they are not worth for your money.
                          Try rivals they may be good, atleast won't be bad like them

                            i ordered Solar garden lamps on the 30th of june 2012 on www.indiangiftsportal.com. Its been 30days and i havent yet recieved the consignment. The airway bill no. of dtdc entered for personal tracking is also wrong and only of 9digits. after repeated reminders,still they ain't paying heed nor replying to the queries. it's highly unprofessional and rediculous. the order no. is IGP287261.

I have ordered gift on Valentine occasion and it never got delivered. They are the online fraud people. Later on I found similar complaints against this website.                                 .. I have been placing orders with them since last 2 years.. never faced any problem... I also use this website to deliver flowers to my clients, and never faced any issue.
                                I have placed an order on the occasion of rakhi, the receiver hasn't received my gift yet. It was supposed to reach by 10th of August, but has not been delivered yet. When i called up the customer care number, they put us on hold for long time and the call gets dropped saying that no representative is available. This has happened no of times when i called to know about my order status. Even if I someone answers the call they are not capable of answering my query. When I asked the representative to escalate this issue to higher level(managers), they said every higher official is busy.

                                I will not use/recommend this service from now on.
                                horrible experience, please don't avail their service. no guarantee on product reaching the customer. i never used their services before.no proper communication. no one to respond your complaints. please always look for some other service providers.

I addressed to Phoenix, AZ but it is delivered to Anahem, CA and it was supposed to reach by 13th of August, but has not been delivered yet. This has happened no of times when i called to know about my order status. Even if I someone answers the call they are not capable of answering my query. When I asked the representative to escalate this issue to higher level(managers), they said every higher official is busy. Since 15 days I am following up the same issue thru emails and phone calls and live chatting but I can't get any response yet! Every time wen I speak to the customer care they didn't answering and yesterday the guy who I spoke he did respond rudely and I said I will post compliant on consumer box he replied what ever you want to do do it! And I send lot mails but they said we didn't get it!

                                I will not use/recommend this service from now on.

                                I had heard about this site from a friend in U.S and thought of trying it out on Rakshabandhan this year to send a rakhi package to my brother in India. To give time for safe delivery of the package I ordered the items online on August 24 PST at which time the Expected delivery date was mentioned as August 27. And the tentative delivery time was 2-4 days. Till August 28 there was no sign of shipment. When I tracked it, the BlueDart courier service said that they had tried to deliver it but couldnt find the Consignee . I immediately talked to the customer care live chat on the main website and the customer care guy assured me that my shipment will be delivered on 29 August. But now after tracking I found out that the BlueDart Courier service has a holiday today so it would not be delivered till monday, which is of no use as the festival will be gone by then.

                                I am disappointed by this entire experience. I had heard a lot about this website from my friends here in U.S but I guess I will share my awful experience with everyone and pursuade them to stop using this service. There are many more reliable gifts delivery service websites to India which does not do all this . What is the point of delivering a Rakshabandhan item after the festival is over. If it was difficult to do so the website should not have accepted such orders in the very first place.

                                Indian Gifts Portal just wasted my money, along with making a false promise to deliver my shipment to the desired location at the desired time. The festival is gone and because of lack of dexterity on delivery on your part I missed an important ritual for the year, the loss of which is irreplacable. Though the time I have wasted on this service cannot get back I want to get a Refund of my money ASAP.

                                They are showing something and delivering something else. My friend from Europe order on this site a packet of chocolates and bouquet, but the chocolates delivered were 6 months old. also there only few chocolates in the packet, while the picture shows a big bunch of nice chocolates.
                                The bouquet was also not the one ordered.
                                So you have to confirm your recipient if he/she got the same gift as you ordered or they might ruin your image and money.
                                Can anyone share toll free now. I am not able to reach them nor their is any response to helpdesk.

                                I have placed online order for rakhi from india to Indonesia on 24 th July and delivery date was 30th July amount Rs.1570/- with shipping charges of Rs.1145/-

                                On 30th July, my brother at Indonesia receive a call stating to pay custom charges additional.

                                On calling to igp support team, I got assurance from Twinkle (igp executive) that no need to pay extra charges and order will be delivered on Raksha Bandhan.

                                Again my brother got an email to pay custom duty. Again I called to igp team and requested to cancel the order and initiate refund, as raksha Bandhan was over.

                                I got assurance from igp support executive that refund will be processed within 24 hours.

                                Today again I call to igp team to check the refund status, now she is telling that she cannot initiate the refund.

                                Why there was wrong commitment was given to me since starting.

                                Please initiate the refund else will escalate to customer grievances platform.

                                  I purchased a BlackBerry Mobile Phone 9700 Bold 2 from the online shop of Indian Gifts Portal (www.indiangiftsportal.com). The mobile handset turned out to be defective and is not working since quite a few days. The purchase was done in the month of june and by early-july it totally shut down its functioning. I have been requesting for replacement and they are assuring that it will be done. But there is no action taken. I cannot use my mobile because its not working and I am not getting a new set either.

                                  They did not provide a bill or a warranty card with the delivery so I cannot take it to a BlackBerry service centre also. They are doing nothing other than assuring that a new set will be provided. I have no other option left other than to ask help.

                                  BLACKBERRY 9700 BOLD 2 — Defective set

                                  i had bought a blackberry bold 2 from m/s Bhajanlal commercial (P) ltd kolkata on 6th may 2010.The serial no are[protected]. After few days o[censored]sing the set, it started giving various problem like Track Ball was not functioning , internet connectivity was lost , light of the screen started blinking.
                                  The set wastaken to the dealer many times to get it sorted-out but nothing could be done. finally on 22nd september the dealer collected my set to be examined by the service centre of the company. It is almost 15 days and neither the dealer nor the company is in a position to tell me when they are going to return my set.
                                  I would , therefore, request you to kindly help me to get my set replaced by a new set without any further delay

                                    I ordered one gift for my brother on rakshabandhan. i called him after the delivery date he had not received the gift yet. i have also paid in full and they have yet to respond to my many emails. I do not recommend this website.

                                        Had ordered a 1 KG Black Forest Cake to be delivered for Rs 925
                                        Firstly the cake that was delivered was not Black Forest.
                                        Secondly the quality and taste was absolutely horrible. In fact it was so bad that it had to be thrown away.

                                        After sending a complaint to the company, they responded by saying they would get the order re-delivered along with apologies. However, it has been more than 3 weeks and neither have they re-delivered the cake, nor refunded my money. They dont even have the courtesy to reply back.
