Sir, I have used iob atm card through sbi atm onb12th may to withdraw money 10000. But suddenly transaction was failed but amount debited from account and still not refund my account since 15th days. So please consider this issue on serious basis. Many time I contact yo home branch and also complaint on iob customer care. Bit I am not getting any positive response from there. Please do the needful action on that.

I have paid my electricity bill through paytm..and the transaction is failed but the amount is refunded by paytm but it didn't reached my account..i have done two transaction both are same condition..refund reference no 7433274114114358561883 and 7433274114114360094691...these are both reference no for two transactions...kindly please make it as early., Thank you..!!

I went to deposit 8000 rs in nearby iob atm[ melapalyam ] at 30 th april 2021 around 9 30 approx.. but the transaction was failed and i got the reciept as failed atm transaction. when i went top complain in my nearby iob branch they asked me to wait after i gave the complain letter. i waited and waited but by amount was not credited to my account its been more than 3 weeks . the bank staff told me there was no such transaction took place but i have the reciept of my transaction with me .and the lockdown started. i need my money in urgent for some personal issues as soon as possible. kindly do the needful and refund my money . thank you in advance

The money was deducted from the the bank account but the electricity bill was not paid.

I deposited an amount of Rs. 27000 in iob atm in budalur thanjavur district in account number [protected] but it was not credited in the account please i request you to do the needful. The time of deposit is 9.20 to 9.28 am on 23.5.2021 . Kindly help me.

I made a card payment for fees purpose bt the transaction is showing failed... But the amount was debited from my account. So please help me for this query and let us know about my amount.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am a savings account holder in your bank’s Udumalpet branch, bearing account number [protected] On (18-May-2021) at (8:44 AM), I was trying to withdraw money of Rs. 3000/- from your bank’s ATM at (address), having ATM code no. ICB9029. No cash came out of the ATM after going through all necessary options.

However, immediately I received a sms regarding the debit/deduction of amount from my account. I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed back to my account, but no sms was received. I even took out a mini statement from the ATM for my account, wherein I again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit of amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal.

After that I tried again with amount of Rs 2000 in the same ATM, I received the amount. But i didn't get the amount of 3000 Rs, i tried earlier.

I called bank customer care but they told me that to make a complaint through direct bank. Therefore, I kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount of Rs. 3000/- to my account at the earliest.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.

I made a request to the concerned Branch Manager and I was told that on the side of Bank everything is already.

I have SB joint Account No. 15322 at IOB10, JEEVAN DEEP BUILDING, PARLIAMENT STREET, NEW DELHI, PIN - 110 001 in my name and in my wife Zareentaj's name.

I was working in DoT, Sanchar Bhavan and after my retirement I moved to Chennai and my wife continues to work in NCT Delhi.

I have learnt that the status of the above account is inoperative. Since my wife is still working in Delhi I would like to keep this account in OPEPRATIVE.

Hence, I request that the above account may kindly be made operative to enable me to do transactions

When there was no response to my e-mail, I contacted Toll Free No[protected] of Customer Care at 1710 on 7, 5.2021. I was put on hold for a very long time and the call was disconnected.

I once again request for reactivation of the account.

Atm card debit my amount 2000 rupees did not received please check my amount to be added in my account indian overseas bank.

As we contacted branch manger of kurunthencode iob . he is harrasing customers frequently. when we ask and submit a letter for refund he said u cant submit the letter action will not be taken. saying us get oout constantly . using harrasement words . take action as soon as possible i need a justice for my amount

I withdrawal 3700 in iob atm newbustand salem on 09/05/2021 time 16:49:18 and money still not returned so consider my complaint and do the need as soon as possible

today i have used the axis bank atm for the with draw amount rs 7000 at 6.44am . On 10th may 2021. Metha nagar. Kundrathur. My problem is the amount debited but bot withdraw from atm. Money not come.

I here a sound money counted. But money not come from atm. I have debited message in my mobile.

Please check and refund money rs 7000 to my iob account . Asap.

Yesterday I have used the South Indian bank ATM for the withdrawn amount of Rs:7500, My problem is the amount debited but not withdrawn from atm (Amount not come) I have the debited message on my mobile. please check and refund my amount of Rs:7500 as soon as possible
