I placed a order in flipkart 0n 27feb2020 and paid rs1097 via iob debit card. I cancelled the order and refund was initiated by flipkart immediately. It was mentioned i wud recieve the refund by 3 march 2020. But stil i havent received the refund of rs1097.

Indian Overseas bank has blocked my bank account without my knowledge. This bank is one of the worst bank in India as well as in the world. How can bank blocked customer account without his/ her knowledge. I wont even suggest anyone to open bank account in IOB.

But suddenly transaction was failed but amount debited from account and no debited massage also not get and still not refund my account since . So please consider this issue on serious basis. Many time I contact yo home branch and also complaint on iob customer care. But I am not getting any positive response from there. Please do the needful action on that.
