I made a payment on an online shopping app - HopScotch via GPay for an amount of Rs. 1, 873.00 on March 5, 2020 around 17.25 hours. The payment failed yet the amount got debited. I contacted Hopscotch, they told to contact the bank as the window was closed and they did not receive the payment. I waited for 3 working days, yet no amount has been credited. Please do the needful.
Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
