    I did an online payment and the amount debited from my account but my order got cancelled when i contacted the merchant they said amount didnt get credited to their account.

                Paypal refunded 4930 rupees to iob debit card on January 14 2021 but it is not yet reflected in my account. Which was my refund money from goibibo.

                  I don't have any kind of relationship with India Overseas Bank but I am getting the SMS of amount credit from sender id : CP-IOBCHN .

                    I made a payment on an online shopping app - HopScotch via GPay for an amount of Rs. 1, 873.00 on March 5, 2020 around 17.25 hours. The payment failed yet the amount got debited. I contacted Hopscotch, they told to contact the bank as the window was closed and they did not receive the payment. I waited for 3 working days, yet no amount has been credited. Please do the needful.

                      I have ordered a USB charging connector on[protected] but i have not received my product,
                      Amazon initiated refund on[protected] i was expected to come on[protected],
                      Amazon give the reference id :[protected] but the Indian overseas Bank as not credited the money to my account.

                      This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                        I don't have any account with the Indian Overseas bank. I have been receiving sms regarding some loan and savings account of some othetr person. The messages are
                        "Dear Customer, Your Loan A/c 3111***3000130 with IOB is Overdue for 34 days by Rs.2, 327.12 as on 21-FEB-21. Pls pay immediately to improve your credit score."
                        AND
                        "Rs.467.00 Debited to SB-xxx3582 AcBal:-2327.12 CLRBal: 0.00 [Loan Recov ] KALLAHALLI on[protected]:16:04.IOB."
                        Please let the bank make necessary correction st their end and see that these types of wrong messages sre stopped.
                        The sim no. [protected] belongs to me.

                            Overall many times this was arrived and I was asked in branch . They simply said here all are well . we don't know about that...

                              hope you are safe and doing well.
                              It has to be informed with great sadness that I have lost my small business and other income sources due to covid-19 lockdown. as of now I do not have sufficient fund to clear my EMI. As we all know that this is not a normal pandemic it is a global pandemic which is all over the world and not only in India but also all over the world. I had never backed off from paying the dues that I am entitled. But this is an exceptional case. Now I am looking forward to the opportunities to start my business very soon. Please try to understand my hard times and bad situation and help me out from it.
                              So as per RBI circular on resolution frame work for covid-19 dated 6th August 2020 that provided for a limited time Window for resolution of stress of certain categories of borrowers affected by the covid-19 pandemic, " I request you to please provide me EMI Moratorium extension for two years to handle my situation. I am trying with my level best to come over from my bad times kindly understand my situation. it is my humble request to you.

                                      My father K.R Subbiah (age 83)is not getting pension after 2019 November. We have given life-certificate in Nov-2020 and again gave a letter in the IOB Ayanavaram officethat we are not receiving pention in Jan-2021 but still no pention has come.

                                        I have account in IOB, Kumaran kundram branch, and i have a home loan with the bank. the bank was not send any information about the loan interest rate reducing After RBI has reduced their repo rate .

                                        I only asked the bank, and they asked me to send the application form, same was sent to the bank on October 2020, but still the interest rate not revised . Nobody is telling the reason still why it is not revised.

                                        If interest rate increased by RBI, the bank will automatically increase our home loan interest without information .
                                        this is applicable to all the banks, where is the ethics?
