Indian Rail — the tt has not given me cash receipt

I was travelling from kanpur to delhi. But due to waiting my pnr no. [protected] not cofirmed. So i meeted to a lady tt via collie. I purchased 3 journal ticket of 480 rupees. And collie has taken 1200 rupees and give me the details of my birth. Train no. 12801 coach no. S 2 birth no. 53, 54, 56. But that lady tt has not given me any cash receipt. Why

I had booked a train ticket online . The particular train was canceled due to some weather conditions. But the refund was not transferred to my account .

I have booked a parcel from Chandigarh to arnakulam in dated 30/08/2017.but this parcel sent the such train & train reach the arnakulam junction but parcel not be unloaded & train passed away the station.plz do neussarry action & locate the parcel ass soon ass possible, sir please attend my complaint and solve my problem, thanks with regards

It is very shameful for us. IRCTC and all websites shows 02192 train departed. Where the actual is train not reach at station.

Very regretfully i have to inform you that giving 450 in tatkal i got a damage junk waterd expiery bogie which is full of daily passenger and also the birth is just infront of washroom and full night i am afraid of robbery and full of fear.
