Indian Railway — Malpractices, fraud to customer and false promise | |||||
I would like to provide a strong feedback to Gujrat travels management for its malpractices, fraud to customer and false promise. I travelled using Gujrat travels bus from Pune to Ahemdabad on 18th march at 7:30 PM. While as per website bus should reach to Ahemdabad at 7:15, it reaches at 12:15. good 5 hrs late which is 40% of total time. When we asked from driver - he simply complaints about too much of traffic but it can't be 5 hrs. Atleast I could not notice hours of jam during the journey. Actually he stopped the bus at multiple location to deliver goods and pick up goods for next location. Is it a bus to goods truck? Another thing, bus time table shown dropping point at CTM. While it didn't go to CTM and driver asked to get down a some different location. Driver and conductors (there were 2-3 helpers or conductors) misbehaved with us also. Now imagine, 5 hrs late and driver asking us to get down at unknown location - how it feel? I promise i want to report fraud case in police but not pursuing this matter. But will surely not travel to Gujrat travels and make sure to broadcast my story every potential customer to Gujrat travels so that they can be saved form fraud and cheating.
