I have traveled from hubli to bangalore.

Train was delay for more then 3 hours. I have filed a tdr,
But still not they have not refunded the amount.

Reference no for this is :[protected] ticket id:-4468124.

Call center team not providing the escalation matrix details.

Your tdr requested against pnr no.[protected]has been forwarded to south west railway (Sw) on 12-may-2019. Irctc not received refund

Kindly request you to get the refunded.

Dear sir/madam
My PWB no. Is [protected], booked from yesvantpur to asansol on 12-jul-2019 at 16:49PM ...Its been almost a month has not received my items...Numerous calls have been made to yesvantpur parcel office but nobody responds ..I hope that you will look on the matter and will solve the problem asap..
