Indian Railways — Bike not yet received

Sir, i had booked my bike from bhopal to jabalpur on 31/07/2016 on 3:16 pm and when i was asked about the train i told it to sent via vindhyachal express but my bike is not yet recieved. I had visited jabalpur station from last two days daily but not getting correct information about my bike. I am so worried about kindly help so that i can have my bike
I had never expected such a bad service by indian railway. Please help me on this
