Indian Railways — booked bike as parcel still parcel not loaded

I have booked as a laugage a bike on 22/09/2019 from Vadodara to Patna but still they not loaded my parcel on train
Plz help me to resolve this fast I think the person who load they not interested to load I didn’t give them bribe so
Plz help me to solve this issue and parcel my bike as soon as possible
