Hi all, This is to inform you that,. I booked a ticket today and it got booked in waiting list. Story : while i checked the ticket availability in irctc app it was showing 51 ticket in available and it is still showing 51 tickets. After booking the ticket with senior citizen quta it got booked with waiting list.. While we connected 2 times with ur customer care.. I got the answer ' you added one more person with sernior citizen due to which this is booked in waiting list.' whole again connected second time i got the answer same answer.. Which is not correct. If the thing like that then you should give pop up for the same but it was not like that. Even as per the policy one person can travell with senior citizen and it get auto poped up while u select senior citizen quata. I thing there is a technical error with your app or you have designed like that to earn the money from common people. I have cencelled the ticket emediataly.. Because i can't wait for the journey date to get the confirmed ticket or might not to be confirmed as i have senior citizen. I have to plan correctly. I just want my all money as not with deduction of 120 rs. It was not my fault it was clearly your app problem.
