Indian Railways — Bribery and corruption in allotment of berths

Sir, I am right now traveling in Tvm Rajadhani train (12432)on 3 November 2013 from Delhi to Ernakulam South (ERS)along with my wife.Both o[censored]s are Senior citizens I had an RAC ticket for seat 71(B6 coach). On 3 November, Sunday night we both had to sleep in the same berth 71 although berths were alloted to the WAITING LIST passengers by TTE(Train ticket examiner) Co-passengers informed that the agents have arranged berths for waiting list people by accepting a bribe of 1000 Rs.
