I would like to bring to your notice that i'm travelling from howrah to bikaner in train no - 12307. My pnr no. Is [protected]. Today morning i found a huge hole in my baggage created by a mouse. This had happened with my friend as well who had sufferred a huge loss because of this. This is not an issue to be overlooked. I had booked a ticket on 24th may2017, and selected payment thoroug the mVisa QR option and paid 540 rs but ticket not booked and amount deducted from my Bank account.
Now the railway is saying that we had not received any amount from your Bank and bank is saying that amount is transferred to the Irctc..
