Indian Railways — Facilities not worth of the cost of ticket

1: there is no availability of tickets
2: if you get some how in trains called "suvidha express" then you have to pay thrice the cost of normal ticket
3: and then the facility you get is zero old boggeis with no working switch. No charging slot. No proper lighting. Fans are also not in working condition.
4: and the toilets are in the most worst condition i have ever seen.

I appeal the incharge of irctc to please have a look on these problems

And atleast provide new coaches to the train instead of the old coaches. After all we people of india are paying so much for one seat. So we can expect something in exchange too.
