[Resolved] Indian Railways — Harassment during journey on train no. 18621 coach no. A1 dated 04/06/2017.

I was travelling in train no. 18621 (Patliputra exp.) in coach no. A1 dated 04/06/2017 from patna jn. To madhupur jn. During entire journey there was unauthorized passengers were travelling in the same coach. I had complained on indian railway complain mobile app "coms" which reference no. Is a/ec/dnr/[protected], and sms this issue on a number "[protected]" but no any action was taken on this complain.

I also told this issue to coach attended but he was not interested on this matter.

This is my humble request you to please look into this matter.

No any steps taken on my complaint. I think this is waste of time of passengers because there no any solutions or action taken in favour of passengers.
