[Resolved]  Indian Railways — I would request you to look into this matter and refund the amount

Respected sir/madam,
I, have booked a e-ticket from irctc with pnr-[protected] from howrah to mumbai cst in train no-12262/duronto with date of jouney 01/july2014 and due to some problem the passenger has not travelled that day and i have also filed tdr before departure of the train but when i enquired about the refund it is showing that the passenger has travelled but the fact is that the passenger has not travelled in that train .
So, i would request you to look into this matter and refund the amount
