Indian Railways — irctc cheated in the name of retiring room booking at sealdah | |||
There is no retiring room facility at sealdah station at present and i am struggling to reach to you but not easy and no solution to the inconvenience caused. Transaction i'd [protected] Pnr no [protected] Rr no sdahrr1364568 Why did you confirmed the room when facility is disabled at sealdah. Further you have not even notified for the same if it happened after booking. I need a full refund and the compensation for the inconvenience including the hotel charges which i have just booked near park street. AC is not working since 2pm inside the train coach and it is now 03:30 pm. Coach and train details are as below - 2nd AC coach. PNR[protected]. Train 11301. DOJ - 13/04/2019. Seat No. A2 24. CSMT to BNC. Fare 2500. Had boarded the train from Mumbai CSMT and going all the way to Bengaluru.

I was booked a motorcycle from Ambala cantt to Hubli jn on 22 Feb 2019. CPS told that the consignment is load on the same day. But even expiry of almost 11 days the consignment not yet loaded to the to address.
