Indian Railways — Irctc ewallet irregularities

I recharged rs 4000 on 01/05/17 on my irctc e-wallet account. My deposit history in irctc website shows deposit status as "successful" but this amount is not reflecting in my e-wallet account balance. I have complained several times on irctc help desk by all means but recived no positive response
