[Resolved] Indian Railways — irctc ticket booking refunds

I have booked IRCTC ticket booked on April 10, April 15 and April 16 2020. But due to Cavid-19 lockdown, all public transport cancelled. My refund amount cleared from IRCTC.but still didn't receive refund amount.

another ticket

2)PNR No: [protected]
