Indian Railways — late beyond limit | |
I am traveling in doon express 13010 from varanasi to howrah the train which was supposed to reach at 16:05 reached at 00:55 night which was almost 9 hours late. Currently it is around 12 hours late which is just beyond the limit. Please tell me a reason why govt is still running the railway service and not privatisation it. The bathroom are also in terrible condition. Moreover the sleeper coach seemed like general coach and the ticket checker was no where to see. Nor any railway police was seen through out the journey. I request the govt. To urgently develop the matter or admit that they are incapable of handling the largest railway service. Was this information helpful? | |

The amount was deducted but no ticket was showing in the UTS app
