Indian Railways — lost mobile due to broken furniture below window of train & falling off mobile through that | |||
Dear sir I was traveling with my family from bandra to udaipur via train 22901 in gen coach (Seat no.39-40-window seat). On 30 nov 2017 @ 11.25 pm The train departured at 11.25 on time and my sister was seating at window seat playing game the mobile got slipped from his hand and fallen into the broken furniture we started searching for mobile below the seat until we got to know that the hole besides seat is through and through and mobile had fallen to track somewhere between khar and santacruse station. I didn't pulled chain because i thought train will get delayed and also i can register complain hence i immediately launch a complaint via my mobile phone to the all india railway helpline no. They told they will send there team to track and will locate your mobile but unfortunately they did nothing then on 1st dec (Tomorrow) i again called and they sent 2 railways police officer of chittorgarh station (Nearest station) then they looked into the matter wrote complain saw the hole in furniture and took photos of that and they assured us that it's fault of railway and they will definitely help you for the concerned matter. Then now after getting back to bombay i still didn't get any call and messages regarding my lost mobile, I think it's fault of coach and railway should track my mobile through its imei no. Train no 15026 starts 6 hrs late from ANVT and in running of 400 km it became 13 hrs late. It is harassing act of railway.
