Indian Railways — need refund because train has been canceled

But this train has been canceled on that day.
So please refund the money.

I stayed at retiring room no 2 at Sealdah railway station, e rly on 9th September, 2017.No curtain was there in the window and the sunlight was coming to the eye directly.Also the pillow was in very bad condition.
