Indian Railways — Parcel missing at udupi | |||||
Dear Sir, Kind Attn: DRM, Vadodara We have 6 Parcel booked on 15th April 2017 From Vadodara Railway Station (BRC) to Udupi (UD). Parcel had dispatched on 17th April 2017 By Okha - Earnakulam Train. Parcel should be reached UDUPI on 18th April 2017, but UDUPI Parecel office had not taken the parcel from train. Our Customer Mr. Shivachetan had already informed on 15th April 2017 to UDUPI Parcel office that parcel had booked from Vadodara and it will come. Our Customer Mr. Shivachetan had complained to UDUPI Parcel office in 19th April 2017 but there is no action taken by them so Mr. Shivachetan had complained online on Indian Railway Complain Website. Also he had complained on Twitter and he had received parcel on 25th April 2017 but he got only 5 parcel instead of 6 Parcel. One parcel is missing. Mr. Shivachetan had again complained on 25th April 2017 for one parcel missing but till the date he do not get the parcel. Now we have lost our business due to this inconvenience.
