Indian Railways — Parcel Missing (Bike)

I had booked my parcel (Bike) on 07 November, 2020 from Ernakulum to Visakhapatnam (Parcel No.529078). Am supposed to receive my parcel on 09 November, 2020 but till date I have not received my Parcel.

I inquired in Ernakulam parcel office, they informed me that my parcel had moved from Ernakulum on 07 November 2020 by Train No-02641.

I have also inquired at Visakhapatnam Parcel Office several times but the Parcel Officer is not taking any responsibility/serious action against it.

Since last 3 days am going to railway station daily to inquire about my parcel but there no luck. Since there is no way to Track these shipment, it’s been a big trouble for all the people to run behind railway staff for help.

Kindly look in to this and do the needful to get my parcel at the earliest and without any further delay. I would be very much thankful for your kind co-operation
