The customer is charged 1630 RS (3AC) for old quality coach(8 yrs old) and its maintenance is worse the seats are very uncomfortable and outside is damaged worn out 70% and with this quality of coaches the passengers life is at stake foul smell and unhygienic toilets makes more worse particularly the coach B10 I am being charged for quality and safety as per IRCTC guidelines Who is responsible after something is happened to the passenger and who will be accountable to his family Was this information helpful? | |||||
