Indian Railways — refund amount due to failure of transactions | |||
Dear sir, With due respect, i pooja singh was booked ticket dated on 11/09/2017 from haridwar to varanasi and train no.12370 with transaction id. [protected] and tansaction id [protected] failed and amount rs. 425 and rs. 425 debited from my sbi and canara bank a/c still not credited. 12618 Mangala express started on 14sep17. The train lavatory and compartment b1 dirty and no body come for cleaning even after two days journey. The train was dirty from the starting

This is horrible, I am traveling at present with 12402 - NEW DELHI - ISLAMPUR Magadh SF Express, it total traveling time from NDLS to PATNA Junction is approx 15 hrs and it delayed by 7 hrs.
