Indian Railways — refund amount not received | |
I have tried to book a ticket on tatkal on 27.04.2018 for having a journey on 28.04.2018 for three passengers for which a sum of rs.1250 was deducted from my bank account and the same was not yet refunded. My transaction id-[protected]. Why this type of mistakes frequently heppening. Last time also two cancelled tickets not refunded. But after submitting a complaint it was credited after 20 days. Please avoid such a delay in crediting the amount. Mobiquick agent delays in making payment while in transaction with irctc. Please take necessary action to refund my amount.
