Indian Railways — refund amount not received

I have tried to book a ticket on tatkal on 27.04.2018 for having a journey on 28.04.2018 for three passengers for which a sum of rs.1250 was deducted from my bank account and the same was not yet refunded. My transaction id-[protected].
Why this type of mistakes frequently heppening.
Last time also two cancelled tickets not refunded. But after submitting a complaint it was credited after 20 days.
Please avoid such a delay in crediting the amount.
Mobiquick agent delays in making payment while in transaction with irctc.
Please take necessary action to refund my amount.

I further inform that Tatkal Ticket was not booked and due to delay payment process by Mobiquick agent payment was failed. But the amount was deducted from my bank account on 27.04.2018.
