Indian Railways — Refund due to cancellation of ticket pnr [protected] for train no. 12813 | |
I booked my journey on 30-04-17 in train no 12813 from Howrah to JHARGRAM online through IRCTC website but the booking was not confirmed, so I cancelled it and I was informed that Rs 280 will be refunded to my bank account from which my ticket was booked online. Till today that money has not been credited to my account. I tried to contact to IRCTC toll free no. but that phone is not working. Pl. take n/a to refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |
