Indian Railways — Refund not credited on my account | |||
Dear sir, I am ajay kant jha i was book 2 ticket from esplanade ticket counter My first ticket pnr no - [protected] and second ticket pnr no - [protected] i purchase that ticket through my debit card but my plan Was changed that why i cancelled that ticket dated on 8th may 2017 After 15 days i not got my refund. Then i visit railway counter then they give me a number for contact that is[protected] i try more than 100 time but if busy or not taken the call. So please look this matter.
