Indian Railways — refund not received 3rd reminder | |||
I have already lodged complaint on two occasions for non payment of of refund about cancelled tickets. I have cancelled e ticket on 13 june 2018. The pnr no. Is [protected]. The ticket was having rac status and refund amount as messaged to me is rs.1215. The message mentioned that the refund will be credited within 3-4 days. The concerned train no. Is 12139 sewagram exp. But here we face many problems
Many pessanger seating on reserved seats and they haven't any confirm ticket
Also they seat in the way of coach and the coach have bed smells and full of crowd
And all these things are in a reservation coach
So please solve this
