Indian Railways — Refund not received after 10 days | |||
I had booked a ticket on 16th may 2017 but it was not confirmed so i had to cancel it. Ticket cancellation done on 17th may, 2017 but refund not yet received of rs.3920 No response from customer care number as well as email. Kindly look into the matter. Costumer care numbers being busy since last 12 hours and no proper response from irctc end. Costumer care executive responded saying the refund will be given within 2 days.
