Indian Railways — refund not received for pnr [protected] | |||
Respected sir, One of worst experience while traveling on 28th june 2018 in indian railway as due to non availability of tickets i have booked ticket from gorakhpur to lucknow in gkp - pune exp on 28th june 2018 pnr: [protected] it was running 3 hours late so i missed my onward journey train mahamana exp on 29th june 2018 train no 22417 pnr: [protected] so i had filed tdr request then later to catch my onward journey train i have boarded saptkranti exp 12557 on 29th june 2018 which was the currently available at that time from lucknow but unfortunately this train also started running late and it was delayed by more then 8 hours and i missed my onward journey train which was going to take to my final destination from new delhi to goa samparkkranti exp 12218 pnr : [protected] and i have called irctc to cancel ticket they told me forward the pnr but it was not cancelled and i had file tdr but tdr was rejected because of some rule changes. So sir i would request that it's totally not my fault then why i need to loose my money so please refund my money and later i had to do current reservation and and spend more 13000 rupees for further travel had to face so much problems so please refund my money of pnr [protected]. On 14 July i booked my bike for reaching to surat but till now the status of my bike is showing for other station, the PRR no. Is [protected]. Please look into this matter
Whenever i try to call the parcel customer number no one answered. So its my humble request please help me out
