Indian Railways — refund not received from indian railway for cancelling the ticket | |||
I have not received a refund amount of inr 440 for cancelling the ticket The details are as follows. Ticket pnr number [protected] Train number 11094 Date of journey 30/03/2018 From satna to kalyan I made payment through my sbi rupay debit card while booking the ticket from ambernath railway station. I cancelled the ticket from rewa railway station They told me that you will get your refund within 7 days But it is been more than 200 days i have not received the refund. I visited csmt railway station 3 times for the refund but they are saying they also don't know the status of the refund. I am really frustrated and planning to lodge a complaint in consumer court if refund not credited within 15 days.
