Indian Railways — Refund of amount

I noor ul huda a regular passenger of indian railway. I have tried to book a tatkal ticket online on 7th may 2017 from gulbarga to yeshwantpur. The ticket haven't book but from my account the amount have detected and its been 6 days till now and still i didn't get amount into my account.
