Indian Railways — rs. 100 charged extra for reserved ticket by ytsk 1006- ghai hotel

I purchased a ticket from ytsk1006 from ludhiana to moradabad for two adults. The total fare shown as on date on irctc site is rs. 575/- i. E. 1150 for two. But the guy behind the counter charged 1330 from me whereas in the ticket it was printed rs. 1230 (Which includes 1150 fare and 80 rupees service charges of ytsk.)

On my query, they said the amount printed on the ticket is the rail fare and rs. 80+20 gst has to be paid extra as services. They did not issue any receipt for the 100 rupees they charged extra.

On my further questioning, they said fares have increased and not updated in the system. These excuses defied any logic.

They are cheating the public.
