Indian Railways — Seat mafias forcing people to vacate seats for them

I have always observed that seat mafias enter the general compartment of express trains and force the people to vacate the seats for them. If they do not comply, they beat up the people. Also daily pass holders force the common public to get up from their seats in general compartment. This has made the train journey like journey to hell. This problem is there in every express train.
I request the police to arrest all such mafias and kill them mercilessly so that nobody in the country would dare to commit such atrocities on passengers.

Updated by sarve69 I have always experienced daily pass holders getting into sleeper coaches of express trains and forcing the passengers with valid reserved tickets to yield seats for them. This has become common in every express train. We never find TTE available anywhere in the train.
How can people without valid reserved tickets get into sleeper coaches? What is the TTE doing? Such people should be arrested and killed mercilessly so that nobody in the country would ever dare to commit such a crime.
Travelling in trains has become a nightmare for passengers. Please resolve this issue urgently.

Updated by sarve69 I have frequently observed general public occupying handicap compartment of every express train. Due to this, genuine handicap people are not able to travel in trains. I have myself experienced this nightmare while travelling as an escort with my handicap father.
General public resort to hooliganism and do not listen to what we have to say. They threaten us with dire consequences and also get down to violence.
There is absolutely no help from the police. Inspite of begging before them, they do not come to our rescue.
Due to this we have no option but to yield to the wishes of general public. Please have security guard in every handicap compartment of every train and empower him to arrest people without valid handicap certificate.
