With due regards and with serious concern, i intend to bring out that i had booked 2 (Two) aci (First) tickets (E - tickets) from pune to chandigarh (Cdg) by 22685 / ypr skranti exp 2.. Details as under :- (A) name of passengers/no of seats :- a. B chakraborty (69 Yrs) and k. Chakraborty (65 yrs)/2 (Two) berths (B) date of booking :- 22 july 2019 (C) date of journey :- 08 aug 2019 (D) boarding station/destination stn :- pune/chandigarh (Cdg) (E) pnr no:-[protected] (F) transaction id of ticket :-[protected] (G) class of ticket :- ac i (Ac first class) (H) amount of ticket :- rs 5350/- (G) train no/name :- 22685/ ypr skranti exp (H) tdr filing date :-09 aug 2019 (I) transaction i d of tdr :-[protected] 3. Since the above train was diverted due to floods and did not touch pune (My boarding station) resulting my inability to board the train, in spite of my Reaching station in time and waiting for the arrival of train. Further, it will be Prudent to bring out that i am a retired defense officer besides me and my wife are sr citizen too. Therefore you will appreciate that we had to undergo lot of problems and hardship on account of diversion of train 4. It can be seen from the above details that i have filed tdr with in 24 hrs on 09 aug 2019 (Transaction id of tdr [protected]) as per the instructions on the subject. However, it is highly regretted to point out that that ticket money has not been refunded to me as yet even after a period of 40 days have already been elapsed. I request you to please take necessary action on priority to refund my ticket moneyat the earliest and oblige. Further, i will also be obliged if with refund of ticket money, valid reasons may be given to me for abnormal delay in refund of money, since i intend to take up a suitable case with hon railway minister for causing unavoidable Harassment to retd defence officer (Sr veteran) which is a cause of serious concern 5.
