Indian Railways — Tatkal Waitlisted Tickets - Refund | |||||
I booked 4 Tatkal Tickets Online(User Id - krrahulpai, Transaction Id - [protected], PNR - [protected]). The ticket cost was 1540 and 1550.50 was deducted from my account including transaction and service charges. The tickets were on 'WAITLISTED' status even after the chart preparation so that I could not board the train. The tickets were automatically cancelled and only 1300 was refunded after 4 days. I lost 250.50 altogether. I need to know why I was not refunded 1540. It was not anything wrong from my side that tatkal ticket was not confirmed and still was on waitlisted status. Please refund the balance. I would appreciate receipt of any satisfactory reply to the below given mail id/mobile.
