[Resolved]  Indian Railways — tdr case repudiation

Train was more than 4 hours late and i filed tdr before the actual departure of the train. Now the current status of my tdr is : case repudiated and there is 0 refund amount whlie ticket cost is 2450/-

Very disappointed and i don't know what to do. Please suggest me.

I wrote to authorities to look once again into my matter and they reopened my case. :-) case resolved this time.
Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
