Indian Railways — Tdr not yet received even after 4 months | |||||
I had booked a ticket from kanpur central to new delhi for the date of feb 3. The train on the date of boarding was at least 6 hours delayed. And i had raised tdr with the reason that the train was late for more than three hours and passenger not travelled. I had to book another train in tatkal to reach home (3 passengers). This had caused us an additional cost of 50% over the original cost. Initially the tdr was incorrectly rejected by irctc which they filed again from their end after having a discussion with customer care executives. I have still not received the tdr even after 4 months and the current status shows cr registered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
