Indian Railways — TDR refund not received

HI TEAM, I booked a normal ticket for the train 15023, but the ticket was partially confirmed, so I didn't travel and raised a TDR for the same. It is around 40 days now and the amount is not refunded by IRCTC and the status is continuously showing as CR registered.
