Indian Railways — TDR refund not received

HI TEAM, I booked a normal ticket for the train 15023, but the ticket was partially confirmed, so I didn't travel and raised a TDR for the same. It is around 40 days now and the amount is not refunded by IRCTC and the status is continuously showing as CR registered. Transaction ID : [protected] PNR number : [protected] Train number: 15023 From station: GKP To station: NGP Date of Journey: 23-Jun-2015 Status: CR Registered Date of booking: 27-Apr-2015 Please look in to the matter.
