Is it passenger's mistake that the train got cancelled and he/she could not travel or that he/she trust the railway system with a faith that if anything goes wrong, your money is safe and will come back to you soon. I don't think so. This is really disappointing, since irctc being the only means to access the indian railway reservation, consumers face these issues very often. Was this information helpful? | |
