[Resolved] Indian Railways — Technical problem in ticket cancellation & TDR file & getting refund | |||
This is to inform you that I had booked a ticket on 13/06/2014 (PNR NO:[protected]) but after chart preparation I got a message that the ticket has been confirmed as RAC & I was unable to travel because I had to take my family as well. I was trying to cancel the ticket through my login ID but unable to do so as the ticket was not showing in booking history & filing TDR for which I tried to contact customer care to technical help but not able to reach out, for which I shoot a mail to concern party through [IRCTC #4138397] for cancellation of my ticket before 10 hours of the actual departure of the train (02815) for which I was unable to proceed for filing TDR & getting my amount refund.
