Hi, This is a suggestion on reservation which will really improve the standard of our railway service from customer point of view. Let's say i am travelling from rasp (Rasipuram) to hsra (Hosur). But normally i will not get confirmed ticket from rasipuram to hosur. So i book it from sa (Salem) to hsra (Hosur) and boarding at rasipuram with general ticket. Ideally speaking fare from sa to hsra and rasp to hsra is same which is rs.140. My suggestion is why should i need to take general ticket in case if the fare is same.. Instead you can provide Some options like reserved from here to here and boarding at some point in case if the fare is same. If the fare is not same then you can include the additional cost for rasp to sa in total fare. I know all dumb people only sitting in the government and you don't even understand what i'm trying to say since i have faced lots of irritating foul response from many department customer interface of government of india. I'm already worrying more like why did we got freedom atleast british would've run corruption less government even i'm not offered free stuff from government.. Train no.12805, Janmabhoomi exp starts on 12 AUG 2017 with out air conditioning in AC Chair Car C-2. Horrible experience to travel in AC coach with out Airconditioner on.
Train No 12815 Puri NewDelhi super fast express is delayed by 1hr and 35 minutes at JJKR on today dated 21/08/2017 cause is not informed to passengers which shows corroption behind it.
Sir I Neeraj Kumar have book a steel box and bora along with house goods at date 03/08/2017 from Meerut city railway parcel office to durg railway station but till now date 21/08/2017 railway not given to me my language his billing bilty no [protected] and I have gone railway station servers times .Sir please help me dilever my language
