Please appoint staffs who understand malayalam or english. It was really difficult to communicate with staffs working there and please provide proper training to the staffs to be customer friendly. My mom cancelled her first order and ordered another freshly prepared food item since the food item she first ordered was cold. We waited for half an hour while the guy who served us food was serving food to other customers who gave order after my mom gave hers. Later we had to cancel our order and pay bill for food items other than the cancelled order and leave.
