I booked a quarterly season pass on UTS app. The payment succeeded and 518 rs got deducted but there is no booking history or transaction history. I got SMS from my bank about Rs518 paid to "Paytmindianrailways"

I will be considered as without ticket, thanks to this useless app.
The Customer care number 138 is not reachable, anytime of the day.

I got reply from [protected]@gmail.com as below:-
Dear User,

Greetings from UTS CENTRE.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

With reference to above; it is intimated that in case, if the ticket is not booked/R-wallet not updated,

The Refund/amount will be reverting back to user's account concerned accordingly.

The refund process will be automatically initiated by the railways.

It will take 12 to 15 business days for refund to be credited into your concerned account.

The mode of refund would be the same as chosen by you for the payment.

In case of R-wallet recharge, if the amount is not credited into the R-wallet within 48 HRS.

The same will be refunded in account.

(FOR REFUND ISSUES:-IN CASE you are not provided, Please provide the reference no. /txn id of the said transaction with other related details.

Like date and time of the said transaction with source and destination or SCREENSHOT OF THE SAID TRANSACTION)

USERS are also advice to be sure about these TXN by checking their “BOOKING HISTORY " provided in the UTSAPP.
