I have placed two order from Indiangiftsportal on the same day and requested the delivery to be made on specific dates.
Order Numbers and issue is described as follows:
1. IGP786953 -- This order contains 4 products. Out of which only three product was delivered as per the requirement in the front poach. The 4th product was shipped by IndianGiftsPortal through DHL company which was not delivered to the recipient address which was at US. I thus inquired IGP on the status of this product and then came to know that DHL had already shipped and delivered the product. However the product was not delivered. I requested for a proof of delivery from DHL and the POD does not bear any hand written signature. Just the Surname of the recipient was mentioned on POD. I thus requested further evidence and also said the recipient uses full name signature which was not there on POD. The signature used is a forgery. I am trying to followup on this since last 2 weeks and I am not getting any positive response from either DHL neither IGP.
I had already made the payment earlier and still after this, I am receiving this sort of service. This is really beyond expectation. They are unable to give a tentative response back.
The worst part is I have used IGP for sending gifts earlier and earlier also I have faced similar issue which was resolved after multiple followups. I had kept a positive faith on this Indian website and I have been fooled again. All seems in vein.
2. IGP786929 -- This contains single product. This was subjected to be delivered on 13th Feb. Again I followed the same procedure and again it was conveyed that this was delivered. This time the shipment was done through FEDEX. We kept track of the entire perimeter of the recipient's address on 13th and 14th feb. But it was not present. We even inquired the lease office of the delivery address if they have received any package on our name. They confirmed that there have been no delivery by FEDEX for anyone on that date. Later on 16th Morning (US-Time) The product was recovered from the near by floor quite far off from the entrance. It was merely torn and all the roses were faded and dull. Why this consignment was not delivered on the front poch or the lease office of Marchwood.
Either of Fedex or IGP is not able to respond on this.
Registering the complaint so that I can get a proper justice and this organisation IndianGiftsPortal should be dragged to court so that they dont fool other and steal money from the end customer openly. I had much expectation from this, but they just washed of my money.
Please help me in getting a proper justice on this.
