Indigo Airlines — 6E Reward Points

I have Indigo 6E Reward Points of more than 20000 but i am unanle to use them as thier 6E reward points platform has a continuous technical nag. I had to shed nearly Rs 50000 in the month of August and yesterday Rs.78000 despite having reward points of 20K. i tried calling their helpline several times but the issue was not resolved. I feel being cheated and Indigo doesnot want to give me the benefit of 6E reward points. I want my complaint to be redressed immediately.
