[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Amount Deducted but Ticket Not Booked

This is with regards to the Booking which i initiated to book from Nagpur to Pune Flight for the Thursday i.e. 24 Feb 2022 date while doing so from the Indigo website the amount got deducted from the source bank account but ticket is not booked nor i received any mails from Indigo regarding the same.

Request to please update/ initiate the refund ASAP as I am a frequent Indigo customer and had not experienced such inconvenience in the past.

Please refund the pending amount at the earliest.
